Finding the right people: what we actually look for in a technical interview
14 July 2026
In our recruitment work we apply the same rigorous method we use in IT projects: first we clearly define what the client actually needs, then we build an assessment process that verifies it.
Technical skills are relatively easy to measure. Harder, and more important over the long run, is understanding how a person works when things don't go as planned: how they communicate a problem, how they ask for help, how they document what they do.
That's why our technical interview always includes real-scenario questions, not just theoretical exercises.
