1. Definitions

• "Site": the website available at 0xbusiness.com and its subdomains, in all its sections and available languages.
• "0xBusiness", "we": 0XBUSINESS SRL, the owner and operator of the Site.
• "User": any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Site.
• "Content": text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, video, source code and any other material published on the Site.
• "Professional Services": the IT consulting, project management, technical and industrial process management, and recruitment services offered by 0xBusiness outside the Site, governed by separate agreements.

2. Acceptance and scope

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Site. By accessing or browsing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the Site.

These Terms apply solely to use of the Site. Any Professional Services commissioned from 0xBusiness are governed by a specific written agreement signed by the parties, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

3. Description of the Site

The Site is informational and promotional in nature: it presents 0xBusiness's Professional Services, editorial content (blog), company information, a contact form for business inquiries, and a call-booking tool provided by a third party (Cal.com). The Site is not an e-commerce platform and does not allow the direct purchase of services.

Information published on the Site, including information about Professional Services, is purely illustrative and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Any commercial commitment arises solely from the signing of a separate written contract or proposal.

4. License to use the Site

0xBusiness grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable at any time, to browse the Site and its Content for informational purposes, in the course of your professional or personal activity.

Unless you have 0xBusiness's prior written consent, you may not:

• reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Content;
• extract data from the Site through unauthorized, large-scale automated means (scraping, crawling);
• attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or the systems hosting it without authorization;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Site's code;
• engage in conduct that overloads, damages or compromises the Site or related systems (including DoS/DDoS attacks);
• use the Site to distribute malware, viruses or malicious code;
• use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

Violating these prohibitions entitles 0xBusiness to suspend or revoke your access to the Site without notice and to seek compensation for any damage suffered.

5. Intellectual property

All Content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, the "0xBUSINESS" wordmark, layout, design and source code, is the exclusive property of 0xBusiness or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and industrial property law and relevant international conventions.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any intellectual property right over the Content. Any use not expressly authorized constitutes an infringement of 0xBusiness's rights and may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

6. Editorial content and disclaimer

Content published on the blog and other informational pages of the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized professional advice, nor can it replace a specific assessment of an individual situation. 0xBusiness strives to keep its content accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies or omissions, nor that content reflects the latest regulatory or technological developments.

You use the information published on the Site at your own risk. 0xBusiness is not liable for decisions you make based on the Site's content without independent verification or advice.

7. Contact form and user obligations

By using the contact form, you warrant that the data provided is truthful, accurate and up to date, and you agree not to submit third-party data without their consent, nor content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful or contrary to good faith. 0xBusiness reserves the right not to act on requests that are manifestly improper, fraudulent, or generated by automated systems (bots).

8. Third-party services

The Site integrates services provided by third parties independent of 0xBusiness:

• Cal.com, for booking a call, loaded only after your explicit consent;
• Umami, for aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which you are encouraged to review. 0xBusiness does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or any interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of continuous availability, absence of errors, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0xBusiness is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from:

• your inability to access or use the Site;
• errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Content;
• malfunctions, interruptions or unavailability caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or failures of infrastructure not directly controlled by 0xBusiness;
• the content, practices or interruptions of third-party services integrated into the Site (Cal.com, Umami or others).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0xBusiness, its directors, employees and collaborators from any claim, demand for damages, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or from your infringement of third-party rights or applicable law.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, provided solely for your convenience. 0xBusiness does not review, control or endorse such sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any damage arising from their use.

12. Suspension and termination of access

0xBusiness reserves the right to restrict, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently and without notice, access to the Site or any part of it, for maintenance, security reasons, your violation of these Terms, or any other reason at its discretion, without this giving rise to any liability toward you.

13. Changes to these Terms

0xBusiness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page, indicating the last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

14. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. 0xBusiness's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning their interpretation, validity or performance, with Users acting in the course of a business or professional activity, the courts of Rome, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions, where applicable.
